Designing for Habitability

Platforms are all the rage. But all too often the point of them gets missed, and they become silos of operations and tools, missing the biggest point—the people who use them. In this talk, I’ll explore the things that architects, operations folks, and platform owners need to take into account to create happy and effective experiences for developers and other technical stakeholders that have to live in a working environment created for them.
